Yoga is for everyone
Firstly I truly believe that yoga is for everyone. You do not need to be able to touch your toes, you do not need to be sporty or fit. Yoga is for every body, shape, size,age, gender or fitness level.
Know yourself better
Yoga is the process of getting to know your body better, your mind better, yourself better. Yoga allows you an opportunity to take time for yourself, to be still, to breathe, to move, to strengthen, to reduce stress. It is the hope that you will become more comfortable with who you are right now. To learn to appreciate the health you have at this moment, to nourish it, to nurture it. The time you spend on moving and breathing in yoga is a chance to reserve some of the love you so freely give out to others, for you.
Strength
Yoga does build strength and flexibility in your body & when your body feels better, your mind and mental wellbeing will have a better chance of thriving.
