“What beautiful yoga classes this amazing lady offers. Everything is done at your own pace within such a relaxed , nurturing environment.

Tasha has supported me from having no yoga experience to my practice becoming so important to my wellbeing. She achieves this with constant patience and a smile that fills the class with joy. A true Yogi .”

“I absolutely love Tasha’s classes, from the warm welcome to the gentle challenge through to the guided meditation at the end.

She is the most intuitive yoga teacher and I feel so lucky to be part of her classes. Summer evening classes on the beach with the sound of the sea and watching the stars emerge are especially wonderful.”

“Tasha is a fantastic teacher! She is so warm and kind, with a soft soothing voice, and she’s beautiful inside and out. I love that Tasha offers different options for each posture to choose what feels right for me and accommodates past injuries, which puts me at ease.

I always feel great after class and it sets me up for the week ahead. Personally I get the most from a session on the beach; the environment is amazing, especially when the dolphins pop up to say hello!”

— Diane, Pencaitland

“To say that Tasha's yoga classes are a highlight of my week is not an exaggeration. I began her classes a few years ago and I instantly realised that I had discovered something truly special.

Tasha naturally overflows with warmth and that is present in abundance in her classes. She also provides alternative poses, with an emphasis on being kind to your body, so it doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or have been doing it for years. And in the summer, weather dependent, the classes are on the beach. Listening to the waves, with sunshine on your face in the morning classes and sometimes a bonfire and fairy lights as the sun sets on the evening classes. The classes fill me with joy.

Tasha organised a 'yoga and brunch' for my 50th birthday. I invited my friends for a wonderful morning of yoga led by Tasha in front of a log fire. This was followed by a great selection of delicious dishes that she made using her knowledge of creating nourishing Ayurvedic dishes. There was also a beautiful homemade cake, freshly cut wild flowers and lovely crockery. We all agreed that it was magical from start to finish. Thank you Tasha!”
